Before Your Event

What to prepare

Cancellation

48 hours notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduled parties — otherwise a $200 fee applies.

Weather

If it rains, please provide a covering (tent or patio) so the chef can cook and stay dry. Weather-related cancellations are the customer's responsibility within 48 hours of the party.

Travel Fee

$50 per chef for the first 1–50 miles, plus $2 per mile thereafter.

Payment

Have cash ready on event day. If paying by credit card, you'll be charged a few days before the event.

Food order and headcount can be confirmed the week of your event via text.

You'll receive our phone number in your email confirmation.

Heads-up — please secure any pets (especially dogs) before the chef arrives.
