What to know.

Each adult gets two proteins, a hand-cut salad, hibachi vegetables, and garlic butter fried rice — alongside a full live chef performance. Adults are $50, children 12 & under are $25. Premium upgrades available (filet +$5, lobster +$10). $500 party minimum.
Cash or credit card. Card payments include a 5% processing fee and must be cleared 72 hours before your event. Suggested gratuity is 20%.
Just tables, chairs, plates, and utensils for your guests. We bring the grill, propane, ingredients, sauces, and tools. The chef cooks outdoors only — backyard, patio, driveway, or covered area.
About 1.5 hours from setup through the live performance and cleanup. Larger parties (30+) get two chefs to keep timing tight.
2 to 4 weeks ahead is ideal, especially for weekends and holidays. You can adjust menu and guest count up to 7 days before the event.
Rain or shine, the show goes on — please provide a covered, well-ventilated outdoor area (tent, garage opening, covered patio). Weather-related cancellations inside 48 hours are the customer's responsibility, so plan the covering in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours of notice. Inside that window, a $200 fee applies.
Every chef is professionally trained, licensed, and carries full liability insurance. Food prep originates from certified commercial kitchens, and our equipment meets local safety standards.
$50 flat fee per chef within 50 miles, then $2/mile beyond. For locations 100+ miles out, a 15-adult guest minimum applies. Travel fees are separate from the $500 minimum.
